Terms of Use
Upfront payment is required but I allow partial payments of a minimum of $100USD+ a week or $ 200USD+ bi-monthly depending on the total balance.
If failed to pay on the decided time(weekly or bi-monthly), you can pay when you're ready but it means I will temporarily halt the project for a while and start on another commission until you've paid the balance. I will not be stopping the commission until a year has passed.
If I wasn't able to work on your commission on that week due to personal reasons and you have to pay, you can decide to not pay for that week and pay the next week instead. The balance remains the same, only the deadline is extended/changed. Hope this is fair on both sides!
I will be sending invoice through paypal or a QR Code if via GCash. This is to protect both sides from any unwanted scenarios.
Customer must shoulder the fee.
The art layers must not be altered/traced or have any ill motives without my permission. This means I still own the copyright. The raw file can be bought for paying twice the price.
The raw Live2D file cannot be sent(.cmo) but I will be sending the files that is for VTube Studio. The raw file can be bought for paying twice the price.
When bought twice the price, this now allows you to alter the raw files at your own demand.
Rush fee is 30% of the total price when needed, this gives you to be on the priority list. Check queue first before availing as you might be the first in the line anyway.
